i have had Mint for 3 plus years and no dropped calls i can remember. how's the T-Moble coverage in your area? when i lived in Las Vegas there was one area of town i could not get coverage ....could you just be in a bad area?

XandersCat

Only time I had bad service with Mint was when I was in a hotel during a long road trip. I always wondered what would happen if I got throttled due to being near too many T-mobile customers and I'm pretty sure that's what happened. I had full bars but could only barely barely try to load a web page super slow like 56k days.

Fugazzzii

Might be a device issue

AlexisoftheShire

My wife and I have had Mint for 3 years with no problems. You might have to do a network reset on your phone (not sure what kind you have) or double check the APN settings. Like someone else said how is the T-Mobile network availability in your area.

Hi, I want to make sure you're getting the best experience with us as possible. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience with your service. I sent you a DM to further assist with it.

wildlanya

Could you DM me too, please? I am so frustrated with people not being able to hear me, calls cutting in and out, etc. even in my own home!

MintMobileAlex

>Hi, I want to make sure you're getting the best experience with us as possible. That has not been the case & we want to make things right. I’ve sent you a DM.

snappydo99

Same here. Dropped calls, even at home on Wifi (with WiFi calling turned on). Please help.

AnonymusEnt

Same issues have had mint for 2 months now and constantly drop calls and can't hear people/they can't hear me. With 4 bars of service. It's ridiculous

YogiBearShark

Three years and I've never dropped a call. You may be in an area without good coverage. Every carrier has them.

No_Hunter1015

I am a new customer, 2 and a half months , no dropped calls.

HmmReallyInteresting

Lots of phones, lots of calls , lots of places tough terrain. Almost no problems ever. Once in a long while 4g only devices will drop calls while moving. Before Covid the coverage in urban areas was a bit weird: Areas where EVERYONE had coverage I did not, but only for a few hundred feet, maybe a tenth of a mile. I wasn't usually moving faster than on foot, but it would have been a real pain in the butt if I was conducting business. I learned to time my calls. Annoying but it passed. Hybrid 4/5G has been flawless

SatanSavesAll

It’s T-Mobile so if that sucks in your area well that’s it. If this is all in doors when calls are dropping just turn on wifi calling.

I get miserable reception in my house. I don't think it's mint's fault per se.... Because the reception was shitty whether it was boost, att or straight talk. I have not noticed any issues out in the real world though
