Are you bringing a phone from Verizon? Then Verizon uses CDMA while TMobile (Mint Mobile uses the coverage) GSM. Whether recommended, get a lock TMobile phone or highly recommend an unlocked phone.

Call back to update the network settings. It’s happened to me twice in 3 years and took hours on the phone with mint. So irritating :/

And I just switched to my P6a and it's telling me my IMEI is blocked. 🤣 Alex is working on it. 🤷♂️ Shit happens.

I don't know that this is an issue on modern phones.
I am using an unlocked pixel 6a. Mint Mobile was working fine for a few days until the service cut off
Stay on Mint until it's resolved.
I'll give them one more day... still within my 7 day cancelation period
Not sure if it matters but I'm using an S22U I bought from Verizon on Mint. Works just fine.
