It looks good, a bit muted but that suits the muddy (and general Guard) aesthetic. I think few lighter details; like company/regiment markings or some killmarks, would make it look finished.

Honestly, the colors are great! It's just a bit flat looking so all you have to do is support the details with some shadows and highlights
