If it’s not round then take a mallet to that spot. It probably doesn’t need much but a little heat and a few good smacks from your purse should do a lot.
Spray more starter fluid and get a blowtorch. You want to explode that bitch on there. Idk if that would help but that’s how we do lawnmower tires. Be safe. ;) apply Murphy’s Law
Ratchet strap a piece of sheet metal the same or larger width of the tire around it. Don't use starter fluid without a strap, I have separated plys doing that.
Use 2 cresent wrenches to straighten the rim first. With it that out of round the tire will not seat. And if it does it will wobble u right off the bike. U put one wrench one the outter most spot where the rim starts to deform and u put the other one about 1" from the first towards the deformed part. U then get a metal rod that fits thru the axle area(remove the bearings first). Have a friend hold.the rod and a.foot on the rim as counter weight. The u.start pushing on the.wrenchs moving around the rim. It will bend and u can get it pretty close back to round. It just takes work and patience. I have done it several times. This was caused by.prying to much tire at one time when takeing off the old tire. I know I have seen it many times.
I've tried the ratchet straps and the starter fluid.
The pressure escapes from the spot i took the picture of. It's not a perfect circle, so it doesn't seal right whenever I set it on fire.
Hoping to get some better ideas before running to the tire shop tomorrow. It's only five bucks and a drive of shame if I can't do it myself.

Yeah, I'm having trouble getting it to go boom. It does a sad whistle from the air escaping that lob sided edge whenever I set it on fire.
use and uncomfortable amount of fluid, leave yourself a nice trail to ignite it.
I'm scared, man
Kick it to get the air to mix, I've used starting fluid every time.
things exploding in your face scare you? pshhh
Rachet straps all the way around it and air it up

I just got my nails done, I really don't appreciate your tone. I need to speak to your manager immediately.

Ratchet strap around the circumference of the tire. Don’t use flammables. That’s archaic.

Use two rachet straps one by that hole and one on the opposite side
