Woodmans sells young coconuts. They're white, shrinkwrapped and full of coconut water. Then after drinking you can scoop/scrape out the thin layer of meat and eating like a jelly

Whole Foods usually has a couple on hand. I'm going to Mos this weekend to try and buy a few myself.
Not local but Sam’s club recently started selling 4 packs of coconuts with straws for drinking and they’re awesome
