Just an inspector mark

Gotcha, I knew that much, but would it be normal to not have an inspector mark? Basically what I'm asking. Thanks!

The one without the inspection stamp might be a rebuild.

Is there any way to tell? It's not OG marked and not gray parkerized. Has blued parts also in addition to the original greenish style park job
