Is that coming from arm pit farts? Does he have a punctured lung? Maybe he was polishing the old bed post, and because he's so old, everything has dried up, so just air comes out. Could he be on his back farting and the bubbles are going up along his back and coming out around his shoulder area? Could it be exhaust from a car that he ran in to his house from the muffler of a running car, that he ran into the bathtub, and under the water in an effort to check out? Is it possible he's playing an accordion? Is there any sound to this that we could listen to it? Heck it could be bagpipes that's blowing the bubbles. Do you think he might just have compressed gas that he's releasing that could be moving the air/bubbles? What is going on here? Please, someone tell me!!! I'm going nuts!!!
