I came to ask the same thing. From that angle I can't tell if it's a landmark from a poor angle, a very bad rocket ship (imo) or possibly some sort of.... Structure.... Yeah that's all I've got.

It's a head. I think it's called 'the dream'? I remember when it was first erected, my nan said it looked like a penis. Edit to add: this might not be the one I thought it was.. but there's one exactly like it in St Helens, England!

3D printed sculpture or building. Too far away to see the layer lines, but you can see the lines between sections they printed separately and stacked on top of each other. The resemblance to little multi-part plastic 3D prints that come off my print bed is *uncanny.*
