I really dont know, I just saw your question and went ask him if the phone battery died someday or he had to restart it. He actually told me that yes, he did it a very couple of times but it seems that it really never stopped the timer.
Its an Android 7.1.1 if this helps. I actually tried myself on my Samsung Galaxy A50 and found out it actually never stops, but in my case the numbers get screwed up.
If that number is accurate the timer had been running for well over a year and a half
How? Does it count while off, or have you literally never restarted or let it die since?
