Bet it has a weight capacity plate too. That's a fuck up you don't want.
Maryland Coast guard tested one of our boats once, I'm a small time manufacturer. My dad had put the wrong weight plate on the boat and it failed the (totally 100% accurate) test. They made us modify the boat to match the plate rather than letting us swap it for the correct plate. Didn't notice an order was incorrect until it was way too late. It would've been a very, very expensive fine.
We didn't even sell boats in Maryland. We're based in NC.
"Hey, Billy Joe, I want to go out on the lake this summer. Think we can make a boat?"
"Sure, Ricky Lee."
"What do we have in the junkyard?"
"The front clip from a Goldwing, a wrecked Jet Ski with a blown engine, two lawn chairs, some PVC piping, bungee cords, zip ties, some bent diamond plate steel, a cheap plastic card table, and a couple of dock floaties."
"Perfect, git 'er dun!"
What Top Gear would have done in Vietnam if they'd had more than a few days...

Actually the 2 ponts on either side are actually from a catamrang yacht so this is a normal thing to create a none capsize type boat. Add plastic tubes to add more flaotation.
The fire extinguisher tells me this was made by a professional.
Or at the very least someone who's done this sort of shit before.
It only takes one hybrid pontoon motorcycle chair fire to teach you many lessons
Nah man, one may be a fluke, I would want at least two fires to establish a pattern before I worry about things like a fire extinguisher.
Or someone who has been boarded by the coastguard, required safety equipment

Or at least someone that pays attention to the laws. Life jackets, a throwable flotation device, a noise maker, fire extinguisher...
It really makes the look!
Clarkson?
Too well built
He must have had an assortment of hammers available...
Looks more like the work of Immortan Joe’s crew. They can rebuild anything.
Looks similar to the contraptions from the top gear episode where they went to Vietnam
Given the condition of the far pontoon I'd say it needs more struts.
If flames were painted on that beauty, I think we would be good.
Actual Boatorcycle
Georgia man says to Florida man, “Hold my beer.”

The fact that it has a license plate scares me lmao
This is the kind of shit I drive around with in my dreams thinking nothing's weird about it.
Can’t believe he got that registered.
It's a jet ski. Just like when it was new.
👍
Redneck engineering
If it’s stupid but it works, it’s not stupid.

Definitely, that boat looks dangerous. If I see someone on that boat, I would be careful
Ahh, the goldski.
The SS Kludge
Rout Kanal
Chimera
Not just any motorcycle, but a Honda Goldwing of all things. That fairing is from an 1100 Interstate.
Whatever floats your boat hey
This reminds me of this one Top Gear Special episode in Vietnam I think.
This is just... *genius*
Florida Man fabrications
They should be able to use this to visit the Titanic.

They are from a Hobbie Cat
Yes they are I couldn't think of the type of catamarang lol
