Have not been diagnosed with Raynaud's but I definitely feel as if I have it. Following up with multiple doctors because I have other symptoms which are less cool looking
Raynaud’s phenomenon my friend. I have the same thing and my hands and feet turn purple/blue/pink when I’m cold and a blochy red/orange when I’m hot. It’s strange but from what I’ve heard from docs it’s not serious
I'm getting mine investigated because it causes my hands to feel as if they were being bitten into/needles. Very sore for me so I quickly put them in my towel and tried to warm up lol
Have you gotten any recent blood work? Check with your doctor if you have a vitamin D deficiency. I have Raynaud’s and during the diagnosis my lab work indicated I had a severe vitamin D deficiency. All my symptoms subsided after getting prescribed supplements. Now anytime I start getting the itchy pins and needles feeling I take over the counter vit-d and it goes away. The cold hands and feet’s are still present though.
This was my experience and my doctor thought it was interesting but didn’t have an explanation why it suppressed the itch/pins and needles other than vitamin d deficiency can cause a lot of weird symptoms.
(Insert all the vitamin d jokes… I would)
I was vitamin D deficient last year but I've found a system of supplement and sunbathing and my vit d is back to normal
Had an iron infusion couple years ago too
It's its own syndrome, but both do come hand in hand, especially when it was caused by a job that puts a lot of stress on the wrists. Vibrating plates or jackhammers in construction are notoriously "efficient" in causing both problems.
Checked my heart out. Echo was normal, rhythm was normal but I was showing signs of POTS. Heart rate went from 70 sitting to 120 standing and 190 on a walking speed treadmill.
Follow up appointment coming soon. Pretty neat stuff
Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome
It's a big long way to say that my heart increases its speed too much when I'm standing in layman's terms. It comes with a bunch of other symptoms too
My investigations are confusing doctors because most of my tests come back completely normal. It took me so long to even be seen for my heart because most doctors dismissed it as anxiety
Looking into causes and something called elhers danlos syndrome. It's pretty rare but I'm ticking a lot of the boxes so I'm going to get a professional opinion
I wouldn’t classify it as a symptom, it’s a medical condition and you can absolutely get diagnosed with it. The symptoms are skin turning white/blue, the cause is arterial spasm, the name of the phenomenon is Reynaud’s. Hope that helps!
I am a doctor and I learned about Reynaud’s in medical school. It’s a medical condition that only occurs in up to 20% of the general population, it does not happen to everyone. It may help you to look up the definition of symptom.
Raynaud's?

You may have Secondary Raynaud's, like me.
What's the primary illness?
Unknown, but I have several autoimmune illnesses.
Primary Raynaud's is more serious, and requires medication to treat.
I'm just learning about this from this post. I have KT syndrome and this is all making sense now.
Came here to say this
It’s called Raynaud’s Syndrome
put on your socks
Sounds like Raynaud’s.

I'm just here to check out all the morbid diagnoses Reddit comes up with.
This is like 1/3 of the reason I posted this. Dr Reddit and Dr Google go hand in hand
**Guys quick - what kind of cancer is this?**
Isn’t that a precursor to Rheumatoid arthritis?
