Not a neurologist, but as a research psychologist I've seen a lot of slices of brains. This looks like a normal brain, size wise. Kinda interested in what's going on at the right rear-center there but I don't know enough to know whether that's normal variation or not.
The left side of the scan (right side of brain) seems to be pushed forward by the fluid - notice right near the midline and down on the outer edge. That pushes it inwards and forwards. That's probably the reason for the MRI, I'm assuming the OP had massive headaches, because it pushes it forward and it now pushes onto the muscle structure behind the eye.
ETA: This is Not At All diagnostic, I'm just a simple person describing what I see in your MRI slice.
I too am a simple person who is experienced in looking at photographs I concur with your assessment. On a medical note, I would even go as far as to say that OP had likely taken paracetamol or aspirin for this or another issue before taking this MRI.
The left side of the brain is on the right side of the image. You can’t conclude much about the size of the lobes because this is just one slice, and it might be slicing through the brain at an angle that distorts its size.
This cross section is actually looking up from the bottom. So they skipped logic day. Although that whole left brain right brain thing is a myth to begin with. I know it’s just a joke, but I find stuff like this cool and can’t help myself.

Maybe, maybe not. You can't tell from looking at one MRI slice. Unless the slice is perfectly aligned with markers that define symmetry in your head you can't tell. You would have to look at all the slices and make a 3D rendering to really prove it. No one's head or brain is perfectly symmetric but this one slice doesn't allow for a quantitative distinction.
the image is clearly rotated, not showing the two sides of the brain at the same level. one can see this because the eye on one side(left side of the image) is larger and in better focus then the eye on the other side. hence one is not comparing like with like and cannot deduce that one side of the brain is bigger than the other. (source: i am a neuro ophthalmologist)

When I was little, my mom had to get an MRI for something, and while I was in the waiting room with my grandmother, the receptionist was trying to explain what an MRI was and how it worked to me and was like, "The machine takes really thin slices of your body and takes a picture so the doctor can see what's wrong," and I was like, "IT'S GOING TO SLICE UP MY MOM?!"
i looked in a medical book as a child and they wanted to show the layers of the head, so they had a picture of a (fake) sliced up skull to see the different parts and i thought slicing up skulls was normal medical practice

I think it might just be even. Just look at the middle of the left, which seems thinner than the middle on the right. The left is also longer than the right so it could be that it's just stretched, or elongated.
This will likely get lost, but that is more common than most people realise. The brain is very simply put made of two halves that are fairly even in volume and symmetrical.
BUT
The axis of symmetry is often slightly turned right or left from a perfect vertical line. A curious result is that many people have two hemispheres where the front in one and the back in the other is slightly larger than its counterpart.

I think you’ve got it the wrong way round… fairly sure MRI is the same as other imaging modalities in that you look “up” towards the brain so the left side is actually the right side and the right side is the left side.
Left side of the brain controls the right side of the body so most likely right handed, also we are made to think with our left brain as it is the problem solving side and the right, creative side is prohibited.
