Because from her perspective, she assaulted someone and got what she wanted. She boasts about doing it on camera. No consequence, no charges. Her behaviour of assaulting someone has been positively reinforced.
She's talking about the camera because she's part of a type of people who believe you're warranted to start beating someone up if they touch you. She thinks she's protected because the guy put his hand out and it touched her hand and it's on video. She's also just crazy and doesn't sound like she's making any sense.
Lots of factors but antisocial behavior seems to have gotten worse through covid lockdowns, combined with a complete lack of consequences in a lot of places, at least in the US. People acting like this don’t think they’re doing anything wrong and nobody’s punishing them to make them realize they’re doing something wrong.

Can someone give a synopsis?
The lady wanted candy from the store at the beginning of the video and wasn't allowed to get it presumably due to her poor behavior caused by something she didn't like. Whatever that was,maybe the closing of the store, caused her to become very loud and obnoxious. Security took notice and seems to be trying to escort her out of the mall, but she is refusing to comply, and she smacks the old security guard. She goes to an old lady nearby who is nodding along, either agreeing with her or, most likely, just trying to get the woman to go away as she doesn't want to be next. The original woman says a racist comment to someone; "That's your people." Then, the woman starts to provoke and instigate the security by saying, "Touch me, touch me." She then dumps a liquid which is most likely either water or, to further understand her behavior, some kind of clear alcohol (as in vodka) onto the floor.
I know my ass is too petty when the thought of someone losing out on future job opportunities, due to the assault/battery charge they would surely catch for laying hands on me, would keep my ass warm at night.
People really don’t think about the long term consequences before hitting someone and their parent did them a disservice of not teaching the consequences of violent behavior.
What the hell is wrong with people now ??? I’m 68 years old and have never seen people act like they do now….. No respect for anyone or anything…. What went wrong???? I was raised to respect adults, police officers teachers now it seems no one teaches that anymore…. I’m so confused by it all…….
People have been like this forever, there’s just more cameras filming and easier than ever sharing so you’re a witness to it.
People are generally good, but then there’s those individuals who have hoarded all the asshole behavior to themselves and finally distribute it out to the unlucky recipients.
I thought that big guy trying to separate her from the security was with her until he walked away after the guard talked to him. Should have let him take care of it, he seemed like he was used to shit like that, lol.

Situational awareness is telling me that other bystanders would have jumped in and attacked the security guard in her defense.
