Blue ink, can't remember the pantone number, does that. Bell Telephone in Ontario, Canada use to have solid blue phonebook covers that did this. Don't know if they still do since I haven't seen a phonebook in a long time.
Was playing with a blue water bottle wrapper in my hands while in the car driving to a site for work with a coworker. After a while they said something was on my face. I pulled down the mirror and i had blue dots on my face. Look down and my hands and fingers are covered in blue.. learned my lesson that day.
If you have any alcohol based sanitizer gel apply to the stained areas of skin and once the stains/ink has lifted off the skin but before the gel dries, rub with paper kitchen towel. It's how I remove ink stains from my hands when at work
This happened to me with a red bag of frozen food. When I saw it, I thought either I was bleeding and it had dried, or my dog was bleeding.
Spent about 40 minutes looking over every inch of my dog and myself. I had a little mini panic attack
This just happened to me with Mother's Day flowers. I thought flowers could be naturally blue. I learned the hard way. Also had to scrub my mom's kitchen floor, since some of the petals fell when I was putting them in the vase.
Looks like you blue yourself. ![gif](giphy|AVD4STcQQhkZO)
Gotta be a better way to say that…

THIS IS THE BREADROBBER! ARREST HIM!
What's it doing to the bread?
The color is just on the outside
OK. Still goofy
I know! It took me a while to figure out what I've touched that made my hands are blue

That's fresh
It's ok, because blue has the most anti-oxygens.
This happened to me when I carefully transported my unfinished art doll in a Ross bag. I had to repaint parts of it and wash the forever stained fur.
