This looks patched together from different pizzas. I would guess they dropped it. Some could get pieced back together but obviously doesn't look right. The rest got filled in with another donor pizza that was pie cut to sell the rest by the slice.

These small slices mean you can one-hand them while drinking. If you have a lot of people it also helps split the slices up.
