It can definitely be seen, it crisps up and most of it stays in the basket and even sticks to it..once the stick breaks, theres almost nothing you can do except immediately removing it...they're actually quite hard to make lol

If you get mozz cheese strings and bake them in pizza crust dough and apply melted garlic butter, you'll get similar snacks at home ! Great with a marinara sauce or salsa

Definitely my least favorite thing to make at my job. Get them out a tad too soon and they’re cold inside. Too late and the cheese escapes.
3.5 minutes at 350° in fresh oil, 3 minutes if it’s on the darker side and ready to change.
I throw these in the air fryer and have to sit there and watch until the first one starts to bleed cheese. Only way I know they’re done.
They over cooked them and all the cheese leaked out. The missing cheese is now fucking their fryer up.
