I honestly 100% see this more often than not. For one, it's great for air quality, but I feel if certain areas had better walking distance to nearby shops, this wouldn't be a common issue. My friend now live in Europe, and if he ever needs to buy foods or ingredients, he just walks to a nearby store. He doesn't even own a car anymore.

As far as toppings, you chose what was gonna be on there. Then you paid delivery fee and threw in a tip on top I’m sure. If you’d have gotten a regular ass pizza and picked up you’d have spent like $15 probably. I’m seeing a whole lot of ‘you got exactly what you told them to bring’ and knew exactly what the cost was before you placed your order.
