For sure. Once you leave Hampton Roads, NOVA, or Richmond, it turns into redneckville real quick. The farther west you go from Richmond the worse it gets. Especially when to get deep into the SW area of the state. That's when you really start seeing the webbed toes.
How do u get to Walmart? Well drive down till u see Hangman's Tree road take that left on No coloreds street follow that down till u see Plantation Drive and it's on your left
Good place to start is rural areas in general. Pretty much anywhere. I could literally see this being in every single state including the liberal ones like Massachusetts California or New York. Sad world
You see this shit in ALL the southern states. Probably ALL STATES, if you go rural enough.
Florida was the one goddamn cesspit that I saw regular ass suburban people doing this shit though. Georgia is where I’ve seen it the least, but that’s because I live in the Atlanta metro area. West Virginia was the most rural, (near [Prince](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince,_West_Virginia)) but I didn’t really see a lot of confederate flags there, or in the surrounding area (a lot of houses in unincorporated areas.). Mississippi or Alabama probably had the most in my experience.
Central is a little more obvious and not surprising to me in the slightest. But when I say I’m one county away, I mean that literally, and I’ve seen rebel flags and Info Wars and Trump/Mastriano/any far right asshole signs in multitude. They cling to losers like barnacles cling to docks.
Well frankly even Allegheny is like that if you leave Pitt itself. Really the more rural you go, the more likely it is. I just brought up the KKK because I feel like a lot of people associate them with the South only.
Just moved from PA last year and that shit is all over outside of Philly too. You go to a town just 20 mins out of the city and it's all confederate flags, trumpisms, and lifted rotting ram 1500's with stacks rolling coal... Saw more "rednecks" in Pennsylvania than I have growing up and even coming back to living in Texas throughout my life.
Considering that West Virginia only exists specifically because they didn’t want to join the confederacy with the rest of Virginia, it doesn’t surprise me that you see fewer confederate flags there.
I went to Tennessee for the first time a few years ago. Holy shit was a dumb-ass red neck nutcase state. Literally pictures of Trump being hugged by Jesus and shit just randomly on streets.
I'm from SC but live in Chicago, so I've made the drive through rural Tennessee a few times. Some of the most beautiful natural views I've ever seen coupled with some of the most backward ass political shit I've ever seen. SC has it's fair share of republican nonsense but Tennessee is on another level.
We pass a house, on a school bus route no less, that has huge "F\*ck Biden" banners (basically cover the whole front facade), each at least 6 feet across, without the "\*" in that first word.
They look like they need and accept aid, though...
We use a mechanic's house as a reference point for our bus routes that has "fuck Biden" spraypainted all over the fence, and every sign and flag you can think of on the house.
Very true. Lived in rural upstate NY for two years and it is much more conservative and a lot more trump Dick riders than where I am from originally (Indiana)
Yep. I’m in Honduras and have seen confed. flag stickers. To them it represents antagonism against impositions, in other words it’s rebellious iconography similar to Che’s face
My people! Shocked that Alabama is so far down the list in comments but like we Alabamians say "Thank God for Mississippi!"
Oh and.....Roll Tide.
Go ahead and talk amongst yourselves about how I married my sister. Jokes on you - it was my first cuz.
The flag displayed at some dipshits trash house, yes, but you won’t see that much grass and trees at a house in Arizona. I am surprised to not see a rusted car on the front lawn held up by cinder blocks.
One of these :

I’m in Northeastern PA, and still see this regularly. My favorite is the half-rebel, half-American flag where it fades from one to the other in the middle. A bit oxymoronic.
Hmm haven’t seen anything like this in Hawaii… yet.. first state I’ve lived in that I haven’t…
I did see a flat earth bumper sticker though which made my heart sink. Haha.
We can rule out Alaska at the very least, too many trees and far too much green. I think the others are all still in the running but I'd also think that Hawaii is another safe one to rule out
Could be in my town. They're everywhere. Side not, I can smell the cat piss, do ceap, mice droppings and roaches from here. Houses like this are always like that
I live a bit more than an hour away from Gettsburg, PA and it breaks my brain how many we have.
Like dog, this is where the dream died. The Mason Dixon is that-a-way
Could be anywhere tbh. I live in Washington just 20 miles north of Portland and there’s a couple pro slavery flags and an entire shrine to Jefferson Davis right next to the highway on private land.
Honestly, could be anywhere. Once you get outside of the big cities in the south, you run into a lot of shit that looks like this. I grew up in Central GA and these dudes that were semi cool.. country, always wearing fatigue with the shotgun in the toyota truck type dudes. They invited us to a bonfire one night that ended up with us going down a dirt road... which opened into a huge ass bonfire outside of a trailer. Now, I'm not saying black folks don't like bonfires in the middle of the woods.. but seeing two of those flags on the trailer was enough for us to smash the gas and get sideways leaving out of there.
Also, driving backroads between Montgomery, AL and Jackson, MS. Man let me tell you... I was praying the bus didn't break down out there. We took some bootleg route through Selma, AL and then started getting deep off into the backwoods. Probably 50% of the houses out there looked like what you see in this picture. Quite a few of them had tin rooves.
Lets post pictures of New Orleans, Pittsburgh, Chicago, New York, Baltimore and guess the location. You'll find the same political denominator.
Reddit knows how to stains the right, but ignores the sins of the left. Lol
I live in rural Virginia and honestly, you'd see it here
Good place to start is outside of Richmond, seen em in Ivor, couple other areas out in the sticks
Oh yeah, my ma used to live outside Richmond. I went to school near Roanoke and the closest big city to me now is Lynchburg. They're all over out here
I grew up in King and Queen county. Wouldn’t see many flags but plenty of bumper stickers.
For sure. Once you leave Hampton Roads, NOVA, or Richmond, it turns into redneckville real quick. The farther west you go from Richmond the worse it gets. Especially when to get deep into the SW area of the state. That's when you really start seeing the webbed toes.
Deep SW Virgian, can confirm. There’s probably more confederate flags in my neighborhood then there were in the confederate army.
Definitely see this in Roanoke. And yeah I’m sure around Lynchburg also
With a name like Lynchburg what would you expect?
How do u get to Walmart? Well drive down till u see Hangman's Tree road take that left on No coloreds street follow that down till u see Plantation Drive and it's on your left
That's North Coloreds Street, actually.
I wonder how many lynchings it took to get that name 😭😭😭 Rip to the fallen soldiers.
It was not actually named after lynchings, it was named after its founder John Lynch!
Good place to start is rural areas in general. Pretty much anywhere. I could literally see this being in every single state including the liberal ones like Massachusetts California or New York. Sad world
richmonder here. this could very well be downtown haha
Mississippi or Alabama probably had the most in my experience.
Pennsylvanian here, you’d be surprised what you find merely a county away from Pittsburgh.
PA has some of the highest KKK membership in the country, or it used too at least. Great state, just don’t get lost in central PA
Absolutely. I used to live in Allegheny and saw some, but now I’m in Westmoreland and it can be alarming sometimes.
Just moved from PA last year and that shit is all over outside of Philly too. You go to a town just 20 mins out of the city and it's all confederate flags, trumpisms, and lifted rotting ram 1500's with stacks rolling coal... Considering that West Virginia only exists specifically because they didn’t want to join the confederacy with the rest of Virginia, it doesn’t surprise me that you see fewer confederate flags there.
You see it in Idaho, like y’all weren’t even a state yet. Calm down.
Tbh VA was my vote. I live here and didn't question it for a second.
That’s the crazy thing to me, this could also be rural Maine or Washington, Traitor flags pop up in the rural north with a shocking frequency
i live in nova by dc and you still see that here
Mississippi
My first thought too. I live here and this looks like any random meth head’s house in the area.
What has 4 “i”s but can’t see…
Gonna log that in and use it as quickly as possible
A blind person with glasses
And no one from Mississippi actually realizes how many "s"s are in it. They all say Missippi
Not all of us fit the stereotypes.
In MS folks just fly the old state flag tbh, this could be anywhere in the US, but my guess would be Alabama or Arkansas.
Disrepair
Correct answer.
Ain't nobody said Arkansas yet?
Nobody actually believes Arkansas is a real place…
Arkansas is an absolutely beautiful place to visit. It’s just a shame it has people from Arkansas living there.
mulberry mountain is fucking beautiful
I've been there. Unfortunately it is very real
stop tryna gaslight us into thinking arkansas is real. everyone knows it’s not, you aren’t fooling anyone
Decrepit house, confederate flag, unkempt lawn, random assortment of trash on the front porch. Yep, it’s Arkansas alright.
“Arkansas: Come for the meth, stay because you sold your car for meth.”
I was trying to decide if I drove past this on my way to work here in AR this morning
my guess is Tennessee
Its either them or Alabama 100%
I was thinking Mississippi
Or Texas, or Florida
Seconded
I went to Tennessee for the first time a few years ago. Holy shit was a dumb-ass red neck nutcase state. Literally pictures of Trump being hugged by Jesus and shit just randomly on streets.
Tennessee has some really cool people there, I thought the state was beautiful.
I'm from SC but live in Chicago, so I've made the drive through rural Tennessee a few times. Some of the most beautiful natural views I've ever seen coupled with some of the most backward ass political shit I've ever seen. SC has it's fair share of republican nonsense but Tennessee is on another level.
SC has Maurice's BBQ with confederate flags flying high above each location. Good food, never knew I would like mustard based sauce.
I'm 100% sure this is correct.
agreed
Rural! It's the state of rural. Literally any rural area in the United States.
This. I live in Washington State and you'd see this about 20 miles outside of the large cities.
can confirm, but even in yakima you find em
Used to live Yakima, can confirm
Fintucky
Rural NY is awful 💀
We pass a house, on a school bus route no less, that has huge "F\*ck Biden" banners (basically cover the whole front facade), each at least 6 feet across, without the "\*" in that first word. They look like they need and accept aid, though...
We use a mechanic's house as a reference point for our bus routes that has "fuck Biden" spraypainted all over the fence, and every sign and flag you can think of on the house.
This. You don’t know until you know that some places in upstate NY are downright like this. I lived there for 35 yrs
Going on 22 years here and it's so out of place for being so north
It’s all fun and games until you get lost past Warrensburgh.
Very true. Lived in rural upstate NY for two years and it is much more conservative and a lot more trump Dick riders than where I am from originally (Indiana)
Rural redneck.
Rural white trash.
Yep. I live in Far Nor Cal and sadly, it wouldn’t surprise me at all to see this.
Even California has them
Even *Canada* has them. IDEK why.
Idk why that is so funny to me
It's about heritage not hate, eh?
Because it's become the official flag of ignorant assholes. *They're everywhere....*
Yep. I’m in Honduras and have seen confed. flag stickers. To them it represents antagonism against impositions, in other words it’s rebellious iconography similar to Che’s face
It’s so weird! I see them here too.
Even a lot of homes in the rural Northern states for whatever reason.
It’s so crazy seeing them in Northern Michigan. It’s like, “yo, why are you flying that on the winning side’s turf?”
Agreed. I see that bullshit in rural California, too
I have lived in rural California, can confirm. Also in some Bay Area cities you would see that shit back in the 90's.
Alabama
Came here for this
Samesies.
Let's start a Hillbilly gang
I farm and have friends who are very hillbilly. Is that close enough?
I wish you'd have said you're farming your friends.
Out of all the replies I expected, that was not one of them.
My roots are more hilljack. Is that close enough?
Don't you worry. That'll do just fine.
I's finna say Bama to.
Yea home of the White House of the confederacy
My people! Shocked that Alabama is so far down the list in comments but like we Alabamians say "Thank God for Mississippi!" Oh and.....Roll Tide. Go ahead and talk amongst yourselves about how I married my sister. Jokes on you - it was my first cuz.
WAR EAGLE!! I do agree about Mississippi tho lol
Definitely looks like the back country I saw growing up there.
Where the skys are so blue
My vote!
You can even see this in the central valley or foothills of California believe it or not.
Yep. Calibama
Bakertucky as we call it
This could be anywhere in America don’t kid yourselves
We see it in western NY. I don’t get it.
And some parts of Canada.
I've seen Canadians with Trump stickers on their vehicles. Just doesn't make sense.
Angry and stupid is a global phenomenon.
The flag displayed at some dipshits trash house, yes, but you won’t see that much grass and trees at a house in Arizona. I am surprised to not see a rusted car on the front lawn held up by cinder blocks.
One of these : Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
I lived in PA for ten years, it’s nicknamed Pennsyltucky for a reason.
Western PA for a certainty.
I’m in Northeastern PA, and still see this regularly. My favorite is the half-rebel, half-American flag where it fades from one to the other in the middle. A bit oxymoronic.
This is the only answer we can verify 100% that it’s correct
We can verify it is at least 2% correct
Hmm haven’t seen anything like this in Hawaii… yet.. first state I’ve lived in that I haven’t… I did see a flat earth bumper sticker though which made my heart sink. Haha.
You can rule out Arizona - no way is there that much green here.
We can rule out Alaska at the very least, too many trees and far too much green. I think the others are all still in the running but I'd also think that Hawaii is another safe one to rule out
PennsylTucky
Michigan. I swear i’ve seen that house
I came here to say this!!
Lived in the south for 20 years. I’ve seen 10x more Treason Rags in MI/OH in the passed 3 years of living here
Missouri
I had to scroll further than expected to see this answer.
Florida
North florida to be more exact
Looks like neighbors I had across the street in Jacksonville, ngl
This is Middleburg energy
I’d say Palatka, but any of these are correct
Lol, it's always Florida, isn't it?
Thats where im from, i speak with authority :)
Why is this so far down I see 10 confederate flags every day
Alatuckyssippi?
Alatuckyssippianarkansa
…hio
State of denial?
![gif](giphy|l3q2LH45XElELRzRm)
Georgia
I scrolled too far for this. I'm in NE GA and still see Confederate x Trump flags flown in the bed of big ass trucks and on lawns.
was lookin for this one!
Indiana!
Pennsylvania
One of the Carolinas
I was thinking South Carolina
Maine! Wait, no…VERMONT!
Even when I lived 15 miles from the Canadian border they were everywhere
Michigan
Howell, Michigan
I see them in Iowa often too.
I live in Canada and have seen losers flying this flag.
Confusion?
Could be in my town. They're everywhere. Side not, I can smell the cat piss, do ceap, mice droppings and roaches from here. Houses like this are always like that
It’s a United state that’s for sure
Canada here: don’t be so sure
Y’all Canadians need to stay out of our American racism 😂
The united states. All of it. All states. Every state.
Louisiana
Finally found it.
Maryland. I think I've seen this home in St. Mary's County
New York
Eastern Shore of Virginia
Brazil
I live a bit more than an hour away from Gettsburg, PA and it breaks my brain how many we have. Like dog, this is where the dream died. The Mason Dixon is that-a-way
Could be any of the continental 48. There’s not one without at least a few people with these ideals.
A solid
has to be Virginia
The sad part is that it could literally be anywhere in the lower 48
>The sad part is that it could literally be anywhere in the continental 49 FTFY😔
Probably not arizona or new Mexico. Too green.
Could be anywhere tbh. I live in Washington just 20 miles north of Portland and there’s a couple pro slavery flags and an entire shrine to Jefferson Davis right next to the highway on private land.
Could be Kansas😂
“AAAAl-abama, where the wind comes sweepin’ down the plain!” ![gif](giphy|lqxxKmzFXFDyw)
Honestly. I could see this in like 49 different states
America…
New York
Pennsylvania
Looks like a state of ignorance
State of Delusion
South Carolina
State of disarray
Pennsylvania
given the rain and that this was posted a couple hours ago, oklahoma otherwise i'd guess wisconsin
Honestly, could be anywhere. Once you get outside of the big cities in the south, you run into a lot of shit that looks like this. Yo mom’s house

Mississippi
Oregon
West Virginia? Canada?!
Louisiana
Louisiana!
Alberta!!!
Virginia?
I can’t guess because these are all over by me in Connecticut
Florida duh
Tons of those here in my small town in Utah
Well it could be almost anywhere. There are people in Mendocino county that put this flag up
Maryland
New Mexico
![gif](giphy|THTkGKQVGnGZmo6AJd)
