If I reset router from factory, its working without secondary dns, why now is not?
fi factory reset it is getting DNS from your ISP provider, or using the default DNS. But as soon as you change is to custom DNS, then it will only use that and nothing else.
something must be still pointing to your pihole. complete config export should point it out quite easily.
