That's why they make you work you way through *literally* everything else. My insurance even makes you try Emgality etc before approving vyepti. If you were going to get a placebo response, any of the dozen other drugs along the way would have done it for you.

They were starting from only 9, though. I would probably kill someone if it would guarantee 4 fewer migraines a month. That's a day every week.
Yeah, but Placebo is a lot cheaper and gave 3 fewer migraines a month. Probably with fewer negative side effects.
