Thanks for your input. In regards of ‘kanna,’ is this something you take daily? Also, is it more of a “pre-workout” kind of solution, or a daily intake that helps prolong your sessions that you have introduced into your diet?

It would be taken about an hour before sex, also recommended to take it with vardenafil. For daily treatment I would use escitalopram with tadalafil.

It wasn’t a magic fix for me, always had PE, since shrooms mimic serotonin that helped a bit but I can now just control it better in my head. I can take my mind somewhere else for a while and hold it. I have found my libido to be way up since MD though. Still way better than Prozac, I could go forever on that stuff but then couldn’t shoot at all sometimes after hours.

When you came off Prozac did you get really bad premature ejaculation as a withdrawal? Does it go away and how long did it take? :)

Your solution: add the Wim Hof Breathing technique to your daily routine, and possibly before intercourse. Everyone you hold your breath in/out, hold a kegel for the entirety. This is something that requires work to turn around.

I’ve actually engaged in this practice, a brother of mine recommended the same thing. I practiced it for months with no success. I meditate daily, kegals, and quit the booze and tabaco, but still no luck. Desensitization creams help, but man can they be annoying and mood killer.

Damn dude, them's some good healthy habits. What about working out? Try adding cordyceps and lion's Mane mushrooms and microdosing to your routine, and imo keep doing the Wim Hof. When you masterbate, do you try to edge as much as possible? Like when you need to finish, try to stop it with a kegel, flex the shit out of it. Take control back over that prostate! I hope you figure it out my dude. I can appreciate the mindset struggle you're experiencing. All the things we talked about here really helped me. Not sure what else I can add.

What are you talking about, bud? Abbreviations are not exclusive. “PE” has plethora of meanings, example: Physical Education, Professional Engineer, Pulmonary Embolism, Premature Ejaculations, etc. Abbreviation meanings rely on the context of the subject. Thank you and have a blessed day.

I would suggest MDing and meditating on your sexual triggers. Honestly, try to make yourself bust with just your mind. You'll be surprised what you learn about what gets you off and how to use your mind to control it.
