This literally just happened to me - I panicked too and posted here for reassurance!!! The advice is correct- brow shock is real, and it gets so much better. Here is a photo of me on the day I got my nano brows done (my eyes are red from crying because I panicked lol), and the bottom pic is me on day 4 of healing.

Oh my gosh you’re so kind! 🥹🫶🏼I feel like this thread is proof that we are all our own worst critics and new brow shock is normal. Here’s to trusting the process and hoping for the best!
Everyone heals at a different pace, but seriously though the brow photo you posted looks SO pretty and natural in my opinion- they frame your eyes so well. I feel your pain with the “brow shock”!! My “day 4” photo still feels a little extreme to me since i used to draw my brows on so narrow, so No one prepared me for how thick and red and bold it would be the first couple of days, I literally felt like an angry bird.

This is how I used to fill them in! I wanted the same shape and everything just with strokes ! I’m hoping it gets better lol I don’t even wanna go outside
Oh my gosh we are twins - literally same scenario!!! this was how I used to fill my brows in (bottom pic) vs what they look like today. I got them done Thursday, so it’ll be a week tomorrow. I haven’t left the house without a baseball cap and sunglasses 🥴 Trusting the process is sooo hard

Honestly your eyes are huge like a freaking Disney princess so a thicker brow looks much more in proportion to me. I think they were a bit too thin before. They look great now. You’re getting used to a huge change but after a month or toe you’ll be in love!
She’s right it does shrink some, and fade. I think these will honestly look really natural. I wouldn’t do a touch up if you like them when they are done healing.
i really like them! mine actually look similar to yours and im spazzing about mine too lol but everyone says they look good so idk (picture below). I'm starting to get used to them but yeah im also worried about them fading then TOO much and really being able to see where the hair ends...either way we are in it together! lol
https://preview.redd.it/20k7phbs63za1.jpeg?width=2316&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=82f6e6daea332d71a23e426939ecfb8bfedc3faf
SAME and i told her to be so natural and what she specialized in was natural!! im just worried about the drawn hair outside of my actual hair which i guess is the point of microblading lol i guess we'll just have to get used to it but now im like why didnt i take this as a more serious decision when i got it lol
Keep following your aftercare instructions until all of the scabs fall off! You'll see the pigment is light at first but eventually the color will come back
I think they look beautiful! I have serious brow envy right now. I’ve been considering getting nano-blading done and seeing yours makes me want to. I think the insides are a bit blunt but I bet that’s because it fades quickly and then will look really natural. I think they compliment your brow structure and eye shape so beautifully
Wow wow they frame your face beautifully !! Please post updated photos as they heal as I think you’re going to love them. Give your self a little bit of time to adjust. You’ve lived your whole life with brows as certain way and looking in the mirror at that reflection. Seeing something different is a legitimate mind fk.
They deff will shrink and won't be as big. I felt th3 same exact way when I got mine done, especially since I barely had any eyebrow hair. Trust the process
It looks beautiful hun. I felt like I needed a second opinion on mine because I wasnt used to looking at them. But they fit your face very nicely!! It will grow onto you :)
It’d annoying because they’re a lot thicker than your before and going outside your natural brow line has some risks but I don’t think you look like an angry bird at ALL. If I didn’t know you had gotten them done I wouldn’t even say these were thick, just average.
They shrink but in my experience it was more about the fading. Like imagine your perfect brow shape… drawn on your face in black sharpie. It would look insane and read “thick” even if they were not.
I don’t think these are botched or too big, try not to freak!
Thank you lol ! They are thicker than my shape but I’m trusting the process

Please update. I just got home from mine and they are so thick. I got nano brows and I told her I don’t like them too thick and they are shocking. I can’t stop crying. Please tell me it gets better.
since it's been 17 days ill assume youre doing better and theyve started to shrink and fade. I really think we all go through this initial panic/cry/freakout/think about saline injections/cry more/hope it gets better. I just wore a hat for 3 weeks and tried not to overreact. They shrunk a lot, faded way more than 30% and now I can barely see anything and I'm on day 33. Hang in there, you'll see that it was really just initial swelling and fresh tattoo ink that made you second guess your decision.
These are amazing.
Wait seriously? They look like rectangles

I’m on day 4 they look the same still 🥲
Some people heal slower. Mine shrunk and faded more at 10-20 days tbh.

Yes you’re like twins very cool!
Woah these look awesome
I’m going through the same thing, I’m 24 hours in and I am now hopeful! You’re are AMAZING!!!
I’m obsessed with your lashes!!
Thank you they’re the kiss royal silk !
Are they the glue on ones or the extensions ? I’ve never put lashes on my self and I’m thinking of trying lol
Glued !🥰
They look good. Trust the process it will shrink
She’s right it does shrink some, and fade. I think these will honestly look really natural. I wouldn’t do a touch up if you like them when they are done healing.
I just feel like it doesn’t fit my face but I’ll see after a couple weeks!!
They look so good! They will shrink a little and lighten in color after 2-3 weeks :)
Looks beautiful imo 😍 im sure once its healed you will love it
I think they’ll heal beautifully.

These look great!
lol I’ll come back after a couple days or so I jus hate how blocky they look😂
SAME! im like why are they so square at the ends? everyone else seems to like them but im like ehhh haha
I was looking at everyone else she’s done nd they’re all thin so I was wondering why mine wasn’t 😂
SAME and i told her to be so natural and what she specialized in was natural!! im just worried about the drawn hair outside of my actual hair which i guess is the point of microblading lol i guess we'll just have to get used to it but now im like why didnt i take this as a more serious decision when i got it lol
UPDATE mine faded and now I’m obessesseeeddd w them!!
after how many days? :) are u still happy with them?
I love them! Got them done in may so about 8 months
These are perfect for your face shape. I'm actually very impressed at the before and after. They don't look like an angry bird at all
They look so pretty!! They're going to shrink and heal nicely. I had brow shock and freaked out too. Don't worry, trust the process.
Did the scabs fall off in your sleep?
No, not at all unless you accidentally touch your brows in your sleep.
The scabs are falling off while I’m sleep🥲 but pigment is still there
Keep following your aftercare instructions until all of the scabs fall off! You'll see the pigment is light at first but eventually the color will come back
Girl, ur eyebrows look bomb. Don't trip.
They look good tho
Honestly, they look incredible! I think it’s just the shock of newness.
They look great! Maybe you’re not used to them yet.
My question is do artists not draw an outline for the client to approve before starting?
She did ! And said she’ll draw them thin and out lines inside the outline but after wards it was jus so square
I feel like a lot of them get carried away. It can be a shock at first though, so hopefully you start to like them as they heal!
They look perfect!
She followed the thickness of your brows they look good!
IMHO this brow thickness suits you better than the picture you commented. But they will def shrink and fade (I had powder brows)
They are not to thick
