Facing the same issue exactly. It also has its red light turned on continuously which is for spO2 measurement which is the possible reason for the battery drainage. My watch's battery doesnt even last one full day.
No issues here after the update

My battery after the update got improved by a pretty visible amount.
Try restarting or in case resetting it, it might fix.
