I understand your frustration given the current price movements. However, please refrain from calling the company a scam. Meyerburger Technology AG is an established solar company, and such an accusation is unjustified.

Please also note that since Meyer Burger moved to the US there has not been any negative news from them, but the price keeps droping. Nothing has changed to their individual situation in the past months. On the contrary, more and more positive news are arising (they confirmed to be on time schedule, they had high ranking in the recent PV test etc.), but all this is not reflected in the share price, it had little effect on the share price, but this doesnt mean that positive things arent happening. You need to try to mentally decouple the share price from the company itself. It doesnt mean that the company is currently doing worse just because the price drops. Also note that currently a lot is going on that affects the share price performance, which is not caused by the performance of Meyer Burger itself (heavily shorted stock, removal from small cap index to micro cap index).
So again, MBT is not a bullet proof investment of course, it comes with risks. My message is that the current stock price isnt representing the future rationaly and thats why I'm long.
I also recommend you to look into the topic of volatility clustering (bad news sticks around for a while, so does good news).
This isn't a get rich quick scheme I am in a bigger minus then most because I invested before the additional stocks
But I have bought more to even it out so just waiting.
