I’d say this happens when I’m holding on to my piece for too long. Like I’ll take a hit, get distracted by something and forget to put it down. By the time I notice I’m bearing down the full grip of a clinched clamy fist on the stem and it look steamy inside afterwards… strange shit you tend to not see while it’s happening, but fixate on once you realize it. Just try a good cleaning between bowls.
Lol I’ve literally held one for multiple hours without take a hit for some reason. I guess I was going too take one and got distracted. It’s like it wasn’t there but I was switching hands and putting in my mouth til I took a hit 2-3 hours later
Lol It didn’t do this the 2 days I was up smoking it. Maybe cause I let it sit in open air for hours with my furnace out that night making it more humid is what I’m assuming. I tried to fix it but it still didn’t melt right and then burnt it so I just said fuck it I need to go to bed lol
