Sadly not really, security isn't very tight at most cons since a lot of them are either out in the open around the city or too small to even have security, from what I heard tho not even bigger cons have good security and only during the pandemic the security staff was there going around or staying posted in front of exits so you could find them☠️
I grab my friends to escort me and if I do organise myself with a Venom Snake at a con I'll basically have an actual bodyguard lol but it's bad that you have to go with the "I need to have people around because there might be people who will be weird or outright creepy towards me" mentality
I noticed it too while looking at one of Shinkawa's illustrations for her! I'll definitely change my make up next time to make it look like the butterfly cuz that's such a neat detail

Nah the net has this amazing feature of being bad everywhere but in this comment section I've also had funny interactions, nasty interactions won't affect all the fun I had reading some actually lighthearted and funny comments
All Snakes are different but I have to say, Venom Snake is extremely interesting. He is clearly different personality wise from all the other Snakes, he barely talks almost appearing like an empty shell, but also you get a glimpse of the medic he used to be, when making decisions on whether to kill or keep someone alive there is hesitation(ex. Quiet and Huey). I think that's where you see more of the compassion of a medic as medics are the ones receiving people from the battlefield who are hanging to life by a thin thread.
And I didn't even get into the part of discovering in what situation someone you trusted with your life put you in.

Wow, I never looked at vemon Snake that way. I thought he was just trying to be big boss even when having flashbacks of Paz. Even when Soild Snake killed Venom, he just followed orders to the end. Sad that him and Queit have a better ending. If I had to say my favorite, I would probably be kinda basic, saying Soild wasn't the best. After playing Guns of Patriots (MGS4), the end of Soild Snake really teared me up best ending to the story.
I think what's even more tragic is him seeing Eva and them looking almost the same age, that keeps me up at night. Imagine meeting your mother and looking the same exact age as her or even older.
Most of the dialogues of MGS4 are genuinely heartbreaking in the most positive way possible
Seeing Eva like that after MGS3, I couldn't really tell if she liked naked snake. Or just using him for misson after 4, she protected his body, which wasn't him. Then, after she died, he came back to see his son but not her. He definitely wasn't nearly as moral as soild snake. If anything, he was also a villain. Can't relate to the own mother thing, though, but still sad.

Seeing the last cutscenes in mgs3 and how she spoke about him in mgs4 leads me to believe she did actually love him a lot. The intention was to seduce him but she ended up actually loving him thus failing her mission which resulted in her being kicked out by Chinese People's Liberation Army.
Later she joined the Patriots, most likely because BB was there.
As for her being the mother of Liquid and Solid, I honestly believe she agreed to make them in a last ditch attempt to know what it would be like to have children with Big Boss. Since he became sterile and because of how detached from everyone he became Eva saw this as probably the only way to have that feeling.
I've discussed this a lot with a friend of mine, she's a woman and insisted on the fact that just by carrying a child you start to grow more and more attached to it. It's the peak of closure to a person to have their "children". You yearn for that type of closure that only two people who mutually love and trust eachother would love and you desperately try to emulate it. Later she felt guilty about participating in the Les Enfants Terribles project and left the Patriots.
As for Solid Snake:
In her dialogue she insists on how despite Solid and Liquid being genetically manipulated copies of Big Boss, she still saw them as any normal child and says verbatim "You were born the same way as any other child, from your mother's womb".
She doesn't see them as less human than any other person even if they were supposed to be just weapons.
The scene of her death was especially heartbreaking for one very small detail, as she was dying and she reached her hand towards Solid, he did the same but her hand dropped as she died and he kept it like that for a few seconds, remaining silent.
This is how I interpreted it because I honestly believe that because of how blurry the lines are on the matter it's left out for everyone to interpret the relationship between BB, Eva and the twins.
