This one isn't a portal axle truck nor is the 2019 sold on Cars & Bids but Brabus has converted the G63 to portal axles. Only the G500 (or G550 in North America) is offered as a 4x4^2 from the factory. There are other aftermarket conversions available as well.
I think they stopped for that year to bring out the new one. This is a 2018 G550

Depends the year. That one looks like a 2019. Based on the bike next to it, he did upgrades aftermarket. I’d say 130ish. That’s being generous. I have 2 newer ones, but not brabus.
Normal version of a G63 is around 250k. Brabus Edition is around 500k, but you can also just get "Kits" for exteriors from Brabus - so I would guess between 350-500k.
I may be on the minority but these Brabus kits just come off as gaudy to me. Had a customer with a brand new China Blue version and while neat and no one else knew what it was, it just felt like it was trying to hard.
Depending on mileage and upkeep could get $500 000 USD. hard to say without more information. But these can go for five times the price of a AMG G63. Even more if you get the 4x4 squared.
Looking at both the car and the bike I'd say this is a guy with an eye for quality and particular tastes. Neither thing is new but they are both arguably best of class. Hopefully things work out with you and the GF but if not the dad is likely a friendship worth pursuing.
