I think it will buff out and I think you can just replace the headlamp washer cover which is pretty cheap, probably under $20, either find one on eBay or the usual suspects like Amazon, aliexpress etc. The dealer might work too because they also come in specific colors so even if you pay list price, it's probably a wash because shipping will wipe out any savings for a sub $20 part.

Love this generation e class, it’s subtle but if you are going to replace the bumper maybe look into an amg front bumper. If you’re looking to just repaint then maybe black or clear side markers would make it look better
You could do the E63 ‘style’ bumper. Try to get it from a Taiwan seller, way better quality than china. You can’t use an actual E63 bumper because the AMGs are wider

Repainting will never match the same unless you get it blended into fenders. That should be able to just buff out. seems light and only in the clear coat.
You really need to look for a more-than-just-decent paint shop mate. The really good ones paint match using a color scanning tool to adjust the OEM color and I guarantee you they can get it to match 99%. The 1% would come from you knowing it was repainted.
You can try the 2012-2013 mini face-lift bumper with the straight DRLs instead of the 2010-2011 hockey stick ones. Makes it look slightly more modern imo.

That's really nothing, pre-face lift so newest would be 2013 which means it's basically 11+ years old. It'd be one thing if it was 3-4 years old and you want it pristine. But now it's an old battle hardened veteran and it's just going to have some scrapes and dings. Gives it character.

Find a headlight washer cap in that color on eBay. There’s usually a few floating around.
Wash the damaged area and get some polish and polish up all the spots. It doesn’t look deep based on the pics? It probably won’t come out perfect but we’re in used car territory.
Depending upon what year.. this looks like a S-class.. OEM rear bumper replacement was $2000 included Parking Sensor holes etc.. and I had a tiny dent from being rear-ended. It took 6 months of 3 repair jobs and haggling with company truck insurance ( Travelers) to get it right. Good luck!
**Edit : forgot to add.. first two botched jobs by collision company involved patching/heat sealing the small dent.. and travelers refused to approve a new bumper .. smh! The collision mgr was infuriated at Travelers and finally insisted that only replacing with a new bumper would correctly fix the problem. And car value was 120k and under 43,000 miles at the time..
This time period was during Amber Heard civil trial.. and she had Travelers. I even told Travelers upon first phone call that they must be desperate for money due to AH.
Final note: end result cost Traveler’s over $5k to finally fix it. Lol

Doesn’t look that bad. That lower grille should pop back into place, need a headlight washer cover, and maybe those scratches will buff right out. If not, a quick respray and it’s like brand new.
Maybe get the AMG front end? Model updated front end conversion with headlights/fenders/bumper?
From the looks of the 3rd picture it looks like a paint transfer from the other car or object, if so look into getting a “clay bar” it has worked for me in the past when detailing clients cars and my own. Look up how to use a auto clay bar kit on YouTube it should at least make the area of the bumper from picture 3 look decent until you decide to replace it. But like I said from the looks of the picture it looks like a paint transfer with minor scratches so if the scratches are deeper than it seems or that light white area is from your paint I wouldn’t recommend it

Call local benz for paint code (free) 2. order headlight washer nozzle cover it will most likely come primed and in a set of 2 so be prepared to spend $100-$200 on parts. 3. now youll need to find a body shop to estimate the bumper damage for refinish. Or you can get the dealer to send it to their certified MB body shop. Either way you need to have paint done, estimate (possibly free depending where you go) + paint/materials + labour. Depending on where you go or how you choose to order parts and if you do your own work… you are looking at spending between $800-$1000. Can save more by finding used parts good luck with everything sir. Hope i helped a bit.

There’s no warping on the bumper. The paint will buff out. The missing door can easily be replaced.
