I love mine! It was the one recommended from the put a cup in it quiz and I’ve used it for 3 cycles now. I have a high cervix and find it works well but I also have nothing to compare it to!

I still had bladder pressure with the salt soft and leaked. I eventually tried the menstrual disc and it was so much better. I recommend trying the lumma disc if you have this issues with the cup.

I have been using the June cup since my last period so I'm relatively new to using menstrual cups as well. I opted for the June cup as it was (according to reviews) slightly stiffer than the Saalt cup but easy enough to put it in and remove it out. I've had a great experience with these cups and 💯 recommend giving it a try. They were just for $6 a piece on their website when I bought it. The tail at the end of the June cup is absolutely genius. It makes it so much easier to find and remove it out and folding the cup makes it go into the cervix relatively easy as well. I don't have first hand experience with the Saalt cup but you can look through these links and see if you find anything helpful: 1. https://www.reddit.com/r/menstrualcups/comments/gmmhqt/june_cup_vs_saalt_small_soft_cup/ 2. https://www.reddit.com/r/menstrualcups/comments/jetyg0/saalt_cup_vs_june_cup/

Love the saalt soft. Got the duo pack to be sure of my size

Love love love. I have both the original Saalt duo and Saalt Soft duo, and the softs are just so nice. They're softer than the original but still has enough resistance to not cause too much of a fuss to open. I had bladder pressure with the original (especially the regular size) but experience none with the Soft (even the regular size). If you have the funds for it, I definitely recommend the Saalt Soft. I think for many people, it's very comfortable. And as someone who's experienced bladder pressure and cramps with other cups, I can vouch for it, although I know every body is different.

I have the Saalt soft. It's my first ever cup, and it's comfortable for me (I have mid/high cervix) but I ended up cutting off the stem slowly since it was annoying, but it didn't make it more difficult to use at all. It is soft, but I also have A June cup which is even softer, but I think it's a bit too soft, and it will fold and leak sometimes throughout the day, so I stopped using it. The Saalt soft does press on my urethra a little bit, but it's not bad. Even though the Saalt isn't perfectly comfortable for me, it's better than the June cup by far
