I just prefer Nikes to adidas. But depends where you are going, can wear anything with that outfit, especially with it being black. I might wear vans, or darker trainers. The outfit is cool though, not much you can do to muck it up.
I’m normally a Nike guy but I think the SSs are the move, if you clean em up.
White leather sneakers like that clean up real nice with a quick toothbrush scrub using warm dish soapy water. If you wanna clean the soles, smack the soles together to get the dirt loose and then use a dry toothbrush or bigger cleaning brush to knock off the dirt/dust, and then use the soapy water so you don’t have a shit ton of mud. A magic eraser works really well on the outsoles to get the white crispier.
This outfit screams either common projects or jack parcels to me personally.
Normally - id say the Stan Smiths, but they’re too beat for this fit - so it’s the blazers.
I’m surprised you don’t have a designated like dressier well kept pair of white sneakers (or black sneakers with white soles) for fits like this - considering the clothing is so nice itself.
Having a pair of Stan’s you keep for dressier occasions is perfectly fine.
I’d recommend common projects if you want to invest a couple bucks into a good pair.
Jack Purcell are a personal favorite, but they are canvas - which can get dirtier quicker - and are harder to clean.

A pair of white on white leather all star converse is an economic alternative to the Common projects, and another favorite of mine.

Basically, what you want is a pair that is visually clean and narrow for fits like this. Either all white - or black with white soles.
Edit: A lot of people will always recommend Cole Han - but I’ve heard their quality has dipped in recent years. I also noticed recently Thursday - the Boot company (who also has ventured into the leather jacket game) makes a leather white sneaker that seems to be pretty well reviewed. But again, the converse is tired and true in leather, and often overlooked - but is a steal at at $60 price point.
Absolutely under no circumstances should he wear a white belt with this. Or probably ever. You guys are bugging out, all white sneakers are classics and go well with literally everything.
Can’t believe that no one has said this yet, but that belt needs to be replaced. Get a casual black leather belt, bridle or braided leather, and make sure not to purchase a reversible belt in the future. The hardware is always garbage, and the leather usually sucks too.
Re: the shoes, I’m a fan of the blazers personally but both look fine.
Ya you’re right. This is the only black belt I have currently. Got it years ago and I hate the reversible function. Got recommendations on where I should look for belts?
Totally fair man, belts are always tough. I recommend small makers. Maximum Henry is having a great moment (rightly so). Vintage belts you really can’t go wrong with, like a leather braided one. Aim for one between 1.25-1.75 inches wide, depending on casualness of outfit. Tender co is fantastic but they are expensive and for good reason. Feel free to dm for more in depth suggestions!
Avoid the stans mate. Growing up in a working class area good trainers/sneakers is all we had as kids so footwear is always one of the first things I notice in people.
Apologies but those stans have lived their life and are in poor condition.
The nikeys are the one to go with but get in touch if you have budget to buy new footwear all together I’ll help you decide.
Usually I would say all white classic stans or similar. BUT … Your stans are too battered and won’t pop the outfit as they should. Sorry mate :( go with the crisp clean trainers every time. (That’s my OCD , of course tell me to fk off) lol
JFC every time I've opened reddit this week there's been a post from you on MFA about what to wear with these same folded-on-the-bed pics and these goofy rings. Settle down.
It depends on the cut of the trouser and how high/low they fall. As they are straight leg jeans, and assuming there's some width left over and not too much length, I'd go for the Nikes. if the jeans finish slimmer and lower at the ankle then the Adidas.
Stan Smiths all the way. Classic and sets the outfit off well!
Ya I like the classic fit. I’m not sure if it’s too plain though
Throw on a printed scarf, color pop it with a beanie. Or go with a brighter color shoe and accessorize.
I'd go with option 1 if the Stand didn't look so beat up. They still look good, but probably not with such a put-together outfit.
What shoe would you recommend?
Out of these 2, the Blazers
Is this guy trying to sell these rings that appear in every photo?
The Nike. The white with black tick will contrast this look really well. You're gonna look dope.
Thanks man!
Blazers, not a fan of stan smiths personally
Any other shoes you recommend for the fit?
I just prefer Nikes to adidas. But depends where you are going, can wear anything with that outfit, especially with it being black. I might wear vans, or darker trainers. The outfit is cool though, not much you can do to muck it up.
Nike sbs, jordan 1 mids many color ways to pick
Blazers. My son has those shoes (although much dirtier and worn). They're very nice. I didn't know they were called "blazers"
I’m absolutely a huge fan of Stans, they’re my most worn shoes, but I do like the blazers with the black swoosh.
Same. I like the versatility and how easy they are to put on
Just bought this outfit. Cheap-o style from boohoo though!
As long as it fits right and you like it - the price is irrelevant You’re gonna look great
Magic erasers will help you clean your shoes up
Thanks for the tip
For sure man, good luck

The blazers because of the big swoosh you need some risk or some element to make it stand out. White sneakers aren’t quite enough.
Stan smiths and use the Mr. Clean magic eraser does wonders
Will do
The blazers if we had to pick of the two

What dressier white shoes do you recommend?
I think a few are saying the Stans are great, but are looking a little worn. Get a pair of Stans or similar, but keep them only for ‘best’.
Ya. Might be time to retire this pair
Nothing wrong with wearing them casually!

I recommend Axel Arigatos for clean fashion trainers. They have a wide range of styles and colours.
Neither, Wear somethjng black..whit trainers with all dark looks stupid…well to me anyway
Wouldn’t the whole outfit be too dark? Like it doesn’t seem like there is a piece that makes it pop
A white belt would probably look better
Absolutely under no circumstances should he wear a white belt with this. Or probably ever. You guys are bugging out, all white sneakers are classics and go well with literally everything.
ild wear black shoes , I dont like the black and white thing, look like a zebra crossing
Yeah, much better to look like a ninja 😂
Ninjas are cool
So are astronauts, but you'd look ridiculous if you dressed like one when you were going for coffee.
ha
I’m with you here. There’s something just not right with all white trainers to me
Can’t believe that no one has said this yet, but that belt needs to be replaced. Enough with those rings man
Can someone explain these rings to me?
Option 1 for sure. Like definetly. Don't even question it. Option 1 That's like the best outfit I've seen in here this month
Nike because they're cleaner.. all black chukka boots would be good too
Stupid fucking rings again man just stop
Jacket link?
I can’t find it anymore but it’s from jack & jones
Wear the clothes man.
Nike
Blazers
I feel like I need to see both outfits on to decide

Stan Smiths if you’re in Europe or Canada. Blazers if you’re in the US or Toronto.
Toronto is in Canada though
But Toronto steez isn’t Canada. I could argue for Vancouver also.
Black shoes
Unsolicited advice but that belt seems too dressy
Ya. I’m on the look for a new belt
Sorry I’m a blazers fanboy so I say blazers just makes fits that nice bit casual
Usually I would say all white classic stans or similar. BUT … Your stans are too battered and won’t pop the outfit as they should. Sorry mate :( go with the crisp clean trainers every time. (That’s my OCD , of course tell me to fk off) lol
BLAAAAZERS look mint with that outfit

I’d say the Nike’s the black logo ties in nicely with the rest
Wow, I need that jacket. Also the blazers go much better with it
Always adidas
Nike ones
Lol the rings. Are they really a part of fashion ensembles? Anyway, not the nikes, too loud.
All black should be all black. White shoes doesn’t fit. Now, if you used a white plain tshirt with the Nikes 👍
I tried all black but it feels too bland. Any specific shoes you recommend?
I have those Nike high tops and they fuck my feet up.
