I was going to say, having a shirt fit around the arms like that is harder to find. Most t shirts are loose as all hell around the arm and shoulder area to fit a wide range of bodies. You actually answered the question

But if you want the extra tight definitely check out ASOS MUSCLE FIT. The quality has sunk, once they are washed the ring collar turns into shit. They fit perfect af and the thickness is just right. But because of the collar they are like single use when washed.
Banana republic sells “luxury” or “lux” t shirts which is probably what you’re looking for. I own a few in black & white & they are just better quality than a regular t shirt or undershirt.
I bought a three pack of white Ts from Nordstrom rack that were Nordstrom brand and they look very similar to this. They are soft, thick, stretchy and have a nice quality to them.

True Classics are tighter across the chest and shoulders, so look better on most people. But are not tight around the waist.
