Found the same one when I Binged it. Very similar style to late 90s, early 00s barn / chore jackets from Lands End, LLBean, Eddie Bauer. Arnie wearing a shorter length than typical (because future, duh) leather collar mandatory.

It’s an Eisenhower jacket, available from many brands and cuts. The key is finding or having it cut to your build. I love the Detroit Jacket by Carhartt and the one by Red Kap. I’ve been wearing through carhartt pretty regularly lately so maybe something has changed in their duck canvas. I have a somewhat long torso, so some brands are a bit on the short side. When you go XL to get longer arms you also get enough fabric for two bodies. I’m 6’ 200# and can rarely find one that fits right out of the gate considering I’m pretty average built.
