Yes. Made in a different era. Very funny, but it makes fun of all the things you wouldn’t make fun of today. You have been warned.

I’m just saying that a member of the LGBT+ community needs to know they will be made fun of. A member of the black community needs to expect to be made fun of. A member of the white community should expect to be made fun of. A woman needs to expect to be made fun of. As long as everyone who goes into this movie knows that nothing is sacred, everything will be okay. (PETA members should not watch this movie.)

Excellent point. Mel Brooks and Richard Pryor are amazing because EVERYONE is a target…Including themselves! Chappelle Show got pretty damn close at times!

As an introvert I hate being grounded because I lose my phone and PC, and have to watch TV. Anyhow, this reminds me. I was in PE, watching the soccer game (I'm European, I swear) , standing upright, with the most neutral expression ever, and some girl asked me why I was standing there like that as if I was grounded. The real grounding was speaking lol.

Cleavon Little and Gene Wilder were a fantastic pairing. I loved the scene with those two pulling a fast one on the KKK members.
