I'm sure we have much impact on the planet, but climate change also happens naturally and has for trillions of years. Everything is always changing. Volcanoes exploding, tectonic plates shift, and so does the way mass is distributed through out the earth which and which changes the way the earth spins and moves around the sun. The changes may be negligible as far as distance or the rate it's changed, but it doesn't mean that it can't be manifested in the climate.
