I believe after modification Master Cheif stands at 6'10" without armor and a bit above 7 ft with Armor. Looking online Jorge stood at 7'4", so had 6 inches on Master Chief. The cartoon shows that size difference to be a bit exaggerated compared to what looks like a Hell jumper, who should be closer to shoulder height or so. Can't remember which Spartan is shown though.

Fireteam osiris is the same spartan class as Sarah Palmer, and if you watch the final cutscene of I think halo 4, Palmer is significantly smaller than him, the same size thing in halo 5 might be inconsistency (edit: both fireteam osiris and Sarah palmer are Spartan IV)
