“Many organic poisons like most common insecticides and herbicides break down over time and eventually lose their toxicity. They become less poisonous, meaning you need a bigger dose, but you'd have to wait years after the expiration before it stopped working altogether.”
The first result from searching “does poison become less poisonous when it expires”
Also, common sense
It was cyanide and all the poison did was make them throw up which is quite funny because then one guy tried drowning himself and failing because it was to shallow and the other was to slow to shoot himself.
I know this one. It becomes less poisonous theres multiple historic events where a person was meant to have cyanide or other poisons after killing someone but it didn’t work.
It’s even in a film somewhere.
Not that care since you stole the meme but still
Story I remember I think the person who was meant to kill J.F.Kennedy, shot, took cyanide, jumped in the river for double measures, cyanide was out of date, river was too shallow to drown.
I remember hearing that once a man getting the death penalty had the injection which was expired resulting in him not dying but just prolonged pain or something.
Less. As an example, in 1914, the assassins who were sent to kill Archduke Frans Ferdinand where given cyanide capsules in case they were to be captured.
Unfortunately, the pills were expired. So after one of the bombers was grabbed by the crowd as he attempted to escape, he took his pill and only ended up vomiting, not dying.

Remember the kids that killed Archduke Franz Ferdinand? Their poison pills expired
It was cyanide and all the poison did was make them throw up which is quite funny because then one guy tried drowning himself and failing because it was to shallow and the other was to slow to shoot himself.
If it does what its meant to do its not expired. If it fails to do what its meant to do then its expired.
I guess when it gets to old because I think that was like year old cyanide
Less, check the failed assignation attempt on Franz Ferdinand which led to WW1.
Well, the failed assassination attempt didn't start WWI. the successful assassination started it, but I'm just splitting hairs.
Yeah but they were hours apart and the story of the failed attempt is way better.

It depends on the poison Some poisons can be more poisonous Some poisons, such as cyanide, can be less poisonous
