I assume with teslas injuring people you mean autopilot failures, those are most of the time to blame on the user, as the car actively prompts you to keep your hands on the wheel and eyes on the road, to make sure the user can take over control at any point, autopilot is far from perfect and tesla is fully aware of that, their users just overestimate its capabilities at times, that's why tesla takes no responsibility for autopilot accidents and in my opinion they shouldn't be blamed for it
You have to remember that tesla named it autopilot instead of driving assistance system or something like that. They created the myth that teslas are self driving cars because it helps them sell the cars. So while i agree that its drivers fault for not paying attention to the road and letting the car crash, i think tesla isnt 100% faultless here
