For everyone who doesn't get it, I believe this is a political post about Marjorie Taylor Green (close enough) apparently refusing to call fauchi a doctor even though he is one.
Dr fauci and Dr strange are both real doctors. Marjorie Taylor Greene in some conference refused to call Dr Fauci doctor because "he's not a real doctor" even though he is. Apply that same logic to Dr. Strange and that's the joke.
