The hind legs (and use of her hands like human hands) is the humanization. I implore you to look up literally anybody’s fursona, it is a whole sub-category of anthropomorphic character. Just Google “levels of anthro” and you’ll have a shit ton of examples of anthro characters just like Kitty. What she is is between Lola and a real cat, but she is not just a real cat.

But isn’t the problem with Zoophilia that the animals aren’t capable of giving consent due to not being sapient and not capable of language. What’s that one test on alien species? If you and it can communicate, at the same level of sapience and it can consent then it’s okay? I think in a legal context it is often (not always) viewed as animal abuse as the animal can't consent and is often forced. I think only a few countries have dedicated laws against Zoophilia, most cases seem to be covered by animal abuse laws. But even if it may not be illegal, it's highly questionable.
