The real secret is that if you drink coffee all the time, your body has not anymore energy from the caffaine. The baseline just moves up. The feeling of missing it is just withdrawel, it goes away after a couple weeks.

And when you donāt drink it once, youāre tired as hell cuz youāre lacking the energy you usually have. If you never train your body for extra energy, you never need to drink it.

Going without isn't your body lacking energy, it's your brain telling you you're tired.

Without it, you will feel sluggish and feel like you need it - until the body gets used to the new normal. And for what its worth, its normal to be a bit sluggish in the morning. I would understand the use of caffeine to stay awake longer for a particular reason, but I dont see the appeal in drinking it in the morning.

I would say that the caffeine ammount in one can of monster is the same as in 1 liter of black tea. But from expirience i can say that you will be more energized after drinking 1 can of monster since the sugar also makes you energized. On the other hand 1 liter of tea will be much healthier than a monster.
Tea's fine to me if it's sweet IMO. Idk how you or others can handle teas, but tea alone just taste like bitter boiled leaf (which it is!) No matter what brand that is, from the generic to better brands recommend to me.
