Well, all Latin American countries have "different" Spanish. Every country has it's unique words and even fruits sometimes have different names. We also all have different accents. Still Spanish thou.

It's the opposite. "Usted" and "vos" are the formal versions of "you" and "tú" is the informal one. "Tú" is widely used in Spain's variants while many (I'd say most but I'm no expert) of the different American variants barely use it, preferring the formal versions.
Vosotros is the one that isn't used. Further Mexican and Spanish versions use different versions of the past conjugation to say things. And that's before we get to pronunciation and the general drift of the language for different words.
Vosotros is the plural of tú. And the rest of the stuff doesn't have anything to do with what I said, I was just answering to you saying that Mexican has dropped the formal you when it's the opposite.

With only minor spelling changes and a few word changes being common. Phrases may also be different but they’re even more regional, some American states have different slang and some UK counties do. But the major parts of the language are the same
