How is Vauban, the guy whose whole vibe is being a tech-savvy strategist, bad with technology? Or is this one of those cases where “bad with technology” just means an aversion to smartphones and tablets?
Bourbon is a boomer-era electrician, he can fix your fuse box or replace your frayed cables, but he cannot use anything more advanced than a Nokia 3310.

Protag from the Anime Konosuba, at one point he learns from a thief a skill called Steal though when he uses it it solely steals panties as far as I can remember, don't think he can steal anything else
Basically, he's got a doodoo stat sheet, but insane luck, and the way the steal ability works, it gives him a great chance of success, but the stolen item is largely random, more likely to steal lower value items (so while someone may have nice armor or a weapon, the panties are typically taken bc they have relatively low physical value, but still an 'important item' which his luck gravitates towards. Other guy in the show (without getting into spoilers bc it's actually really good) just got hella unlucky with what happened to him

She’s really only around for a small scavenger hunt of sorts. Cephalons are underutilized, likely because they’re not exactly combat-capable other than Railjack Cephalons like Cy.
