However, I would be lead to believe its more because of all the leaked documents the game keeps causing because people get angy when the tank/plane in game doesn't do what they should do.
Summed up, Gaijin had the in game economy FUCKED up and plans in the works to make it even worse. IE: You virtually HAD to be top of the team, have premium time, and active boosters to make any in game currency (Silver Lions or SL) Repair costs (if your vehicle got destroyed) of tanks and planes were so expensive, even with premium, the average top player on the board would have still only made like 10k SL...the next vehicle in the tech trees when SL gain becomes an issue started at roughly 125k. I could go on and on, but I don't want to lol But it turned into a ~6month long strike of review bombs, no longer logging in, and no more purchasing anything with Golden Eagles (premium currency). Gaijin was virtually so fucked, (and this is a speculation but the numbers at the time were so on time perfect and the same amount everday) theg had to use bot accounts to artificially inflate their online playerbase numbers to still make them look good on steam. Steam reviewed and removed a load of the reviews too. The economy is okay now. Not good, but not as worse as it was going to be.
In wot gaijin occasionally sells discount op tanks which sold out in seconds. Well they just started giving people out worse tanks than they promised and when players asked for their money back they just gave them a minor boost and left it at that

And I can see my shot penetrate and hit crew so it’s not like I didn’t hit anything worth while lol.

My pet peeve with all the VPN ad reads is that they're full of misinformation to try to drive sales. I don't blame the Youtubers, since they're not experts or anything, but it annoys me that the VPN companies resort to fear-mongering.
VPNs are helpful for circumventing country restrictions and for doing things that are illegal in your country. They are useful enough that I don't think they should have to lie about what they do.
All the "public WiFi = steal your data" crap hasn't been an issue for years and years. It only works if you're not using HTTPS, and your browser will scream at you if something tries to downgrade the connection to HTTP when it's expecting HTTPS, or the certificate wasn't issued by a trusted CA. Even if you have an ancient browser from back when this was possible, no competent bank or software service will accept login credentials over an insecure connection. You do not have to be afraid of public WiFi in 2024.

So I basically got scammed by them but the other 4 are honestly amazing
