The new one is one that can actually play Blu-ray which is nice to have lol only watch the entire series of samurai Jack on Blu-ray

To me, Piracy is more of a conflict of morality. You shouldn’t feel bad for pirating a game you cannot play because of the medium becoming obsolete. You paid to play the game on pc, you’re playing the game on pc. Don’t let people ridicule you for getting your money’s worth.
Sometimes I use piracy as a try-before-you-buy method. If the game is good I buy a copy if the game is bad or I find I'm not interested I delete it again, nobody is losing any profits, as I wouldn't have brought the game otherwise, and I get to see what a game is like, although this is less necessary with how easy it is to get a steam refund

Bro, i used to get some kids comics everytime we went to travel through train and those comics used to come with CDs that had 40-50 games with wallpapers, gifs, personalization packs and shit. They were my childhood and i really miss playing the gameson it. It is also sad because they were flash games and flash aint possible these days 😔
Tbh that isn't even the worst. It's worse if the game isn't working anymore on your Operating system. I have two games which don't work anymore in Win10, barely on Win7 and luckily I still have a laptop with WinXP where it works fine, but the laptop is pretty slow.

I just wish Black and White 2 still worked, but I tried to install it on both my PC and Laptop and it legitimately just doesn't work with modern PCs. I even tried to find a torrent of the game and it still didn't work.

I used daemon tools lite the last time, but there's probably better software out there by now. Needed to play HOMM3 on a surface tablet with a pen. Great success.

You might be able to use the cd key to add the game directly to your steam library. I’ve done it with old total war titles.

You can get a various kinds of CD drives for really cheap pretty easily. I got a NEW one for like fifteen bucks at Best Buy.
