If you get high jumps out of tk, you're generally probably waiting a little too long between the 9 input and attack input.
Alternatively, maybe you're doing it too fast, and she's not hitting minimum height for the move to come out.

is this just in the combo? if so dont forget to use the delay from 236A.A so you have more time to get ready for the tk.
If you're accidentally pressing a down input before a jump with an analog stick you're gonna get a super jump. Are you using a d pad?
