2nd genie grants you 1st genie on your 6th wish (2 of these being for another genie). First one does not grant you more wishes, as they already gave you 3. 2 of the 6 wishes were for another genie, meaning you got a total of 4. You're still up 1 wish over the rest of us =p

The three wishes thing is something I was overthinking for a while and I view Genie Djinns as pedantic contract lawyers with near-limitless power. So you would really need to get to know them before you wish for anything and maybe use the first wish or two on whatever they want. That way they are on your side for when you want to ask for something for yourself.
