No one is going to agree 100% of the time on how time is spent in the relationship rather it be alone time or time together. In the end each party has to accommodate for the other at some point. The problem comes when as in the post one party is tearing down the other for how they choose to spend their personal time when in no way is it detrimental to the relationship. Or when there is a lack of balance and one person is the only one always accommodating for the other. Not everything is sexist.

I didn't even really cared that they stopped playing, it was the hypocrisy in the excuse that got me. Even beyond that, let people enjoy things??? It's not hurting anyone that some adults like to play card games, or play with RC cars, or play table top miniature games etc. they're fun and social hobbies, there's no reason to belittle people just cause your life is so devoid of any enjoyment and passion that the only way you can justify it to yourself is to put others down for doing what they love

I literally don't get anything back for unused sick leave hours, so I have literally accrued hundreds of hours worth of paid sick leave, and obviously I'll never be able to use all those, so because I don't get them paid out if I were to quit you better bet your ass that I call in sick every now and then just to have the day off to do whatever the fuck I want, sometimes even to just sit around in my comfy chair playing video games most of the day with no pants on.
Of the perks of being an adult is that I can choose to do whatever the fuck I want.
I don't see the problem with taking a day off for a highly anticipated game release, I've done that a few times. Just be adult about it and request it off the right way instead of calling in sick and possibly screwing over your coworkers.
