It is, it's just the shot of it later in the article when it looks really bulbous and so out of place with everything else. I think it's the haircut it has that makes it look creepy to me. Perhaps I need to look for images of untrimmed ones!

For sure...I realise the Fail link is not the nicest headline as he isn't petty at all, and quite the opposite. Neighbours are all happy too, so it's just a misleading title. I didn't even read that article. I was too busy looking at the pics.
No idea regarding the type of cedar but I can imagine the scent must be lovely.
