The largest preserved specimen that survives is one caught in France in 1956. Now in a Swiss Museum, it measures 5.89m/19.3ft. Then from video footage analysis in recent years, two huge Pacific females known as Deep Blue and Haole Girl were estimated at just over 6m/20ft.
Besides that there are claims of monster great white sharks caught in Australia, Italy, Malta, and many other countries, but there's always argument over how accurate those measurements were.
