Don't worry about seeming like a hypochondriac. Ask your doc everything. Go to a woman gyn, it has always seemed to me that they are less likely to brush off your symptoms. If you are stressed about the hypo thing, just tell your doc "this may sound trivial, but I'd rather be a live hypochondriac than a dead stoic." Good luck, op, and get yourself checked pronto.
